Virtual Assistant Needed

Hey,
I'm hiring a virtual assistant to help me with compiling reports primarily but also do other things.

Most of the work will consist of

1) Adding Websites/Keywords & Extracting reports from two websites
2) Re-branding these reports by converting them from PDF to Doc and then to PDF again
3) Adding texts in Tables
4) Making sure all reports look clean without any structural issues
5) Simple communication with my team

Work is really simple. You need to be able to communicate in English with me properly. There will be a few tasks each day on the above work. Probably 2 hours of work tops (Mon-Fri)
