Credit Specialist

Legacy Strong is a company that helps entrepreneurs and small businesses secure funding through bank financing. We are currently seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Credit Specialist to join our remote team.

As a Credit Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to help our clients challenge items on their credit reports. You will have access to various resources, including scripts, templates, and video guides, to assist you in this task. You must develop a thorough understanding of the credit system, comprehend how specific information can impact a consumer's credit report positively or negatively, and utilize this knowledge to assist our clients.

Job Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in spoken English
- Independent work ethic with the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and online calling systems
- Familiarity with online tools like Monday (preferred)
- Some knowledge of the American credit system (preferred)
- Experience with making phone calls (important)
- Experience in performing online tasks, specifically form filling (important)

Training and support for the Credit Specialist position will be provided.
