What You'll Do:
- Manage all aspects of an assigned property portfolio of approximately ---------- doors.
- Foster effective communication between property owners, tenants, regulatory bodies, vendors, staff members, and other stakeholders.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to emails, voicemails, and other forms of communication.
- Utilize AppFolio to manage work order submissions from tenants, assigning technicians and contractors as needed.
- Proactively troubleshoot issues and address work orders on behalf of tenants and owners.
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance services with technicians or vendors, ensuring quality work and timely completion.
- Accurately and timely approve invoices for maintenance work, based on provided funds from property owners.
- Maintain low delinquency rates and effectively manage property budgets.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to resolve issues and de-escalate potential conflicts.
- Lead and coordinate the turn process for vacant properties, including cleaning, maintenance, compliance, and preparation for new tenants.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes and certifications, such as lead certifications, property registration, rental licenses, and more.
- Complete administrative tasks related to tracking and documenting work.
- Process move-outs for security deposit reimbursements.
- Actively participate in the lease renewal process.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
- Proficient in professional written and verbal communication in English.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Ability to read and create spreadsheets to support data-driven decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work independently and think quickly.
- Professionalism in handling tense and emotional customer situations.
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
- Knowledge of basic home repair and maintenance issues, such as filter changes, appliances, seasonal cleaning, and common - property-related concerns.
- Meticulous attention to detail, particularly when it comes to email and software systems.
- Property Management Experience REQUIRED
