Amazon Reimbursement VA

Seeking someone that is research-focused with experience in Amazon reimbursements to be a part of our current team.

Requirements:
Knowledge in filing reimbursement cases to Amazon
Ability to capture discrepancies for lost, damaged, disposed, and missing units from inbound shipment.
Know basic Amazon reimbursement policies.
Ability to understand what documentation is needed to support any claims.

High-level written English.
High-level English comprehension.

Nice to have but not required:
High-level spoken English.
***This role is NOT an entry-level role, experience is required. Training will be provided in terms of our specific process and workflow but you need to know Amazon reimbursements.

Hours will initially be from 9a-6p EST US time (your overnight) and then negotiable for an earlier or later shift. Pay is on a biweekly basis via a PH bank. There is a 30-day trial period to determine if you are a good fit, afterwards, you will be invited to be full-time officially which includes:
-15 days PTO/year

Salary ranges from ---------- usd or 4800 to 4500 per year depending on experience.
