Job Title: Cold Caller/Sales Representative

Job Description:

MUST have fluent English proficiency
- Work full-time, 40 hours per week, from 9 am to 5 pm in PST
- Earn a $300/month salary with an additional 1% sales commission.

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and identify sales opportunities.
- Conduct research to identify target markets, industries, and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns, and effectively communicating the value of Fully Promoted's products and services.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including revenue targets, conversion rates, and call volume.
- Pitch products, negotiate pricing, and close sales effectively.
- Accurately document customer interactions, sales activities, and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Continuously seek feedback from customers, colleagues, and supervisors to identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize training resources provided by Fully Promoted to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
