We’re on the lookout for a talented Social Media Team Lead to join one of Australia’s leading talent agencies and lead our social media strategy to new heights. This is a full-time, remote role reporting directly to our Head of Marketing based in Melbourne, Australia. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the strategy and execution of social media content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
Manage and mentor a Social Media Coordinator, ensuring cohesive execution across all platforms.
Collaborate closely with the graphic designer and video editor to develop high-quality visuals and video content.
Lead the creation and scheduling of posts across all social channels, focusing on growth and engagement.
Analyse social media performance, track metrics, and adjust strategies to meet KPIs.
Monitor trends and stay ahead of the curve with innovative ideas and best practices.
Create and manage eDM marketing campaigns when needed.
Act as the main point of contact for any social media-related queries.

Who We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably with US or Australian brands.
Proven track record of managing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest accounts successfully.
Experience managing and mentoring a tea ---------- mber or social media coordinator.
Strong understanding of content marketing, influencer marketing, and best social media practices.
Experience with eDM marketing and an understanding of SEO principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with outstanding copywriting abilities.
Ability to work remotely with a global team and manage projects autonomously.
Strong attention to detail, a creative mindset, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
