JOB OVERVIEW

Job Duties:
? Appointment setters contact potential customers by phone to explain products, services and pur-chase information about properties for sale.
? Will be using customer information -- for example, name, address and telephone number -- from a computerized database to initiate cold calls and deliver a scripted sales talk in order to persuade the customer to attend a meeting to discuss sales options.
? May also be responsible for maintaining a record of contacts, accounts, and orders, in addition to the task of passing information about successful communications onto the appropriate sales representatives.
? Additional duties might include follow-up correspondence with customers, training of newly hired appointment setters and communication with local businesses to arrange for donations or to plan events.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
? Above Average to Excellent English Communication skills
? Experience required - At least 8 months
? High school graduates and Undergraduates with solid Call Center/BPO Experience are welcome to apply but must have at least 8 months Call Center/BPO industry Experience
? Must be willing to work in Graveyard shift in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
? Computer and internet literacy
? Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all output
? Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Power Point and Excel
