Full Time Customer Service Agent

Hi there!

Merchconnect ( ---------- ) is looking for a full-time customer service representative. We are a growing custom clothing company. Become a part of our small family like tight-knit team that is looking to make a difference in the world.

Skills required:
- Google sheets, slides, docs
- fluent English (reading, writing and speaking)

What you’ll be working on:
- answering emails and messages from customers
- making logical decisions that best meet the demands of our clients and our business
- working with management
- working with our CRM (Customer relationship management system)

What you can expect:
- you’ll be working hand-in-hand with clients and management
- you’ll be learning more about online e-commerce
- you’ll be honing your customer service skills
- you’ll be part of a fast-growing company with hopes to become well-known in the custom apparel industry

STARTING PAY: $3/hour

ROOM FOR GROWTH: We have many managerial positions available for people who show willingness to succeed and a growth mentality
