Travel Guide International is seeking a talented and creative Thumbnail Creator to join our team. As a Thumbnail Creator, you will be responsible for designing visually captivating and engaging thumbnails for our YouTube channel. Your role will be crucial in attracting viewers, increasing click-through rates, and representing our brand accurately.
Responsibilities:
• Design compelling and high-quality thumbnails for our YouTube videos that align with our brand identity and content.
• Collaborate with content creators and marketing team to understand video content and create thumbnails that effectively communicate the video's message.
• Ensure thumbnails adhere to YouTube's guidelines and requirements regarding size, resolution, and content restrictions.
• Incorporate strong graphic design principles, including composition, color theory, typography, and image editing techniques.
Requirements:

• Solid understanding of design principles, composition, color theory, typography, and image editing techniques.
• Knowledge of YouTube's thumbnail guidelines and best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring thumbnails are visually appealing even at smaller sizes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
