Junior Accountant - Australian Company -- Full-time (up to $1,800 AUD a month)

As Junior Accountant for Novita Diamonds you will be working alongside with the Accountant Lead from the company and Bookkeepers to support the Accounting Department for a Global Company locate in multiple countries.

Your Role:
• Follow Global Compliance Schedule
• Reconcile all transactions to ensure information for VAT Return is complete on time.
• Assist with month-end procedures, including manual journals, Banks, and Gateways reconciliations.
• Allocate and reconcile payments received through different platforms such as (Stripe, Square etc)
• Monitor Bank Accounts
• Keep control of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Overseeing intercompany transactions
• Monitor the Inventory calendar and oversee stock take levels per regions.
• Control Payroll process and organize payments.
• Assisting with weekly and monthly financial reports
• Pay attention to detail.
• Organize invoices for transactions intercompany, controlling profit margins and due dates.


Hours
4PM to 12AM - Monday, Wednesday, Friday (AUSTRALIAN TIME)
6PM to 2AM - Tuesday and Thursday (AUSTRALIAN TIME)
Occasional over-time required in peak season.

Pay
$1,400 - $1,800 AUD per month
Pay is every 2 weeks, we never miss a payment.
