Who are we?

We are RK Exercises For Injuries Corp., and we've been around since 1999. We're always growing our team, and we've had the pleasure of offering sustainable employment opportunities to many virtual assistants over the years. Our main virtual assistant has been with us for over a decade, which really shows how we value long-term relationships. Right now, we have a team of over 90 full-time virtual assistants who are all dedicated to what they do.

We're on the lookout for someone who's independent, resourceful, and able to problem-solve. You'll need to be adaptable and open to new ideas, as well as someone who can work without constant supervision.

This job requires flexibility in terms of working hours, and you'll need to be open to working on rotational shifts. We use a time-tracking tool called Hubstaff to ensure accountability and productivity. This tool lets us monitor your working hours, capture your computer screen during work, measure your productivity, and keep track of the websites you visit while on duty.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Tracking the performance of marketing campaigns
- Gathering data from different sources and managing databases
- Establishing measurable goals (Key Performance Indicators) to evaluate the success of company initiatives
- Examining data and identifying patterns and trends in sets of information
- Creating efficient processes, procedures, and systems to enhance working with data
- Presenting information generated from data to clients and managers
- Managing important data, including its creation, updates, and removal
- Developing presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings
- Handling confidential data and information following specific guidelines
- Troubleshooting issues in the reporting database environment and reports
- Training users on new reports and interactive displays of data
- Develop written procedures for the company's current processes and procedures.
