JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Business ---------- this role, you will be responsible for effectively communicating with clients, maintaining and updating various marketing materials, and contributing to the agency's overall growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Communication: As a BDR, you will be the primary point of contact for incoming new business inquiries. Your main responsibility will be to respond promptly and professionally to client emails, providing accurate information and addressing any questions or concerns. Excellent written and spoken English skills are essential for this role. You will also be responsible in handling LinkedIn accounts to get leads.

Marketing Materials: You will be responsible for updating and maintaining our case studies, new business credentials decks, and other marketing collateral. This includes gathering relevant data and information from various sources within the company, organizing it into compelling and visually appealing presentations, and ensuring that the materials are up to date and accurately reflect our capabilities and successes.

Content Creation: As part of our marketing strategy, you will contribute to the creation of monthly blog content. This will involve conducting research, generating creative ideas, and producing engaging and informative articles that align with our target audience and brand voice. Strong writing skills and a good understanding of content marketing principles are crucial.

Newsletter Management: You will be responsible for creating and managing our agency newsletter. This includes curating relevant content, writing articles or summaries, designing and formatting the newsletter, and ensuring timely and regular distribution to our subscriber base. Attention to detail and a good sense of design are important for this aspect of the role.

Qualifications:

- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for effective communication with clients and content creation.
- Excellent writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, to ensure accurate and up-to-date marketing materials.
- Proficiency in creating visually appealing presentations using tools like PowerPoint or Keynote.
- Familiarity with content management systems and email marketing platforms is a plus.
- Prior experience in a similar role or in the marketing industry is desirable but not mandatory.
- With at least 1 year of experience using email marketing tools, and CRMs (Preferred)
- With at least 1 year of experience in using lead generation tools.
