B2C Sales (selling Tint/PPF to warm leads, must like cars!)

We are an XPEL Automotive PPF and Window TINT shop and We are in urgent need of 2 B2C Sales Rep to:
1. Respond to sales requests via phone (first) and text/email (last option)
2. Will handle inbound and outbound calls
3. Generate and send quotes, overcome objections.
4. Follow-up on all leads
5. Schedule work to be performed

These are ALL WARM leads, NO Cold Calling! We do not have high volume, maybe 3 inbound phone calls and 15 web requests per day.

The prefect candidate will
1. have an english score of C2,
2. be available for 1 of 2 open shifts
a. Monday - Thursday 8a-6p EST (40 hours a week)
b. Thursday Noon-6p and Friday-Saturday 8a-6p EST (24 hours a week)
3. Comfortable using prewritten scripts
4. Good working knowledge of Excel
5. Strong Passion for cars IS REQUIRED!
6. Must have good internet, dual screen computer, and headset for computer-based softphone
7. 2+ years of experience with B2C sales
