API Developer for Google Search Console

We are searching for an API developer who can help us export data from Google Search Console to Google Sheets or possibly a Looker report.

Some background:
1) We have consistent processes that we do every single month to identify the best keywords to target for SEO
2) We currently pull data manually from Google Search Console using a few reports: time based report (for last month) and query+landing page report through Looker Studio (for last month)
3) Once we have this data, we cross check which URLs have been optimized recently (Master sheet through Google sheets) and exclude any that were optimized in the last 3 months
4) We build an action plan for which articles we will target and assign these out to editors

We're looking for someone who can help provide some strategy and guidance on how to do this most efficiently. We use this process across many clients so the ability to scale is key.

We're looking for an expert so ideally you will have the following skillset:
- deep understanding of APIs
- ability to architect processes for data collection and distribution
- expertise using Google search console, Google sheets and Looker
