Print-On-Demand Products Designer

Hi.

I am looking for a FREELANCE creative and talented Designer for my Print-On-Demand business, you will be responsible for designing and creating visually appealing and marketable designs for a variety of products, including t-shirts, shoes, bags, pants, and home products. Your designs will be utilized in my print-on-demand business model, where products are produced and fulfilled based on customer orders.

Please NOTE that this is a FREELANCE job. Around 5 to 10 designs per month initially. So I don't mind if you have another job as long as you complete the task.

Responsibilities:

- Create ORIGINAL and eye-catching designs for various print-on-demand products, such as t-shirts, shoes, bags, pants, and home products.
- Stay updated with current design trends, popular themes, and customer preferences to develop designs that resonate with our target audience.
- Prepare design files in the appropriate formats, resolutions, and color profiles for print-on-demand production processes.
- Conduct research and gather inspiration to generate design concepts and ideas that are unique and commercially viable.
- Maintain organized design files and records, adhering to naming conventions and version control practices for efficient collaboration and future reference.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a graphic designer or print-on-demand designer, with a portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and composition.
- Ability to generate original designs while also adapting to specific brand guidelines and target audience preferences.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and the ability to maintain design consistency.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Familiarity with print-on-demand production processes, file requirements, and color management is a plus.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces where print-on-demand products are sold is desirable.

Salary:
$10 to $20 per approved design
Will be sent via PayPal

Payment Cycle:
Option 1: Bi-weekly
Option 2: Monthly

Benefits:
For every successful sale of your design, we will give you 2% commission fee. This will be given in a monthly basis and we will have a contract for this.
