JOB OVERVIEW

Third Eye Media is a growing real estate media company located near Philadelphia, USA that provides real estate agents with photography and video services to help our clients effectively market their property listings.

We are in search of a part time virtual assistant for our executive assistant role. This role will be responsible for carrying out multiple tasks, including (1) heading our client acquisition efforts, and (2) project management duties like executing daily photo deliveries to our clients using our systems and platforms.


The pay will be $5/hr
The hours will be 10-12 hrs/week (to start)


(1) Client Acquisition:
Responsible for assisting in our company’s client acquisition and growth by using outreach strategies across multiple channels. Mainly conducted through Instagram, Facebook, and email, we are looking for someone to help us expand our efforts to reach out to more local real estate agents and convert them to clients. Day-to-day duties would consist, in part, of the following:

-Utilizing Instagram & Internet search functions to find prospective local real estate agents
-Implementing social media engagement strategies to bring company awareness to new prospects
-Sending direct messages and emails with sales offers to new prospects
-Writing unique messages and responding to questions pertaining to our services & offers
-Utilizing project management software ( ---------- ) to track and organize efforts and results

(2) Project Management
Overseeing the daily quality check and delivery of photo & video to our clients would consist, in part, of the following:

-Receiving & quality checking (QC) all edited photos and videos received from our editing team to ensure consistent brand standards
-Performing basic touch ups of photos with Photoshop, if needed
-Uploading, organizing, and accurately delivering all media to clients
-Using project management software ( ---------- ) to update and track the status of daily deliveries



To carry out these tasks, we’re looking for someone with the following skills & availability:

-Sufficient English to read, understand, and write appropriate responses to real estate agents and their questions
-Must be able to work mornings (EST, New York City time)
-Basic photoshop experience to apply touch ups of photos during the quality check phase (ex: removing small unwanted items, blurring personal items inside the home)
-Organization and attention to detail to be able to accurately and reliably track job deliveries
-Proficiency with online platforms like Google Drive, Dropbox, Gmail, ---------- and more.
-Knowledge of the real estate industry and/or real estate photography is a plus (not required)
-Prior social media management and/or content creation experience is a plus (not required)


As time goes on, we hope to expand this role to include more opportunities like social media management, content creation, and other miscellaneous tasks that may arise as the company grows.
