Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our team and lead the development of a comprehensive platform for the environmental management industry. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of the product by combining technical, business, and UX skills to drive its growth and meet the needs of our stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop an understanding of the product, its target market, and the needs of stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to define and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and potential areas of improvement.
• Translate technical concepts into actionable plans and guide the development team in delivering high-quality features and functionalities.
• Define and analyze key metrics to measure product success and identify areas for optimization.
• Drive the product roadmap, making strategic decisions based on market insights, user feedback, and business objectives.
• Collaborate with UX designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in compliance management and related fields.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a SaaS or web application environment.
• Strong technical understanding, including knowledge of internet technologies, data types, APIs, programming languages, servers, and metrics.
• Solid business acumen with a deep understanding of business economics, pricing strategies, competition analysis, emotional intelligence, storytelling, and leadership.
• Proficiency in UX and design principles, including familiarity with tools like Sketch and Figma, understanding of UX/UI terminology, conducting user research, and knowledge of user flows and design execution.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail and execution.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Business Administration, or Design.
