Part-time Sales Representative with Administrative Tasks

InvestingBridge, a leading trading coaching company based in Estonia, is seeking a part-time Sales Representative with excellent organizational and multitasking skills. This position offers an opportunity to work remotely and contribute to the growth of our business by assisting with sales activities and day-to-day tasks.

1. Customize Canva templates for social media posts to align with company branding.
2. Schedule social media posts using fixed templates and utilize the company's ChatGDP for post ideas.
3. Assist with video editing using Filmora for prerecorded courses.
4. Conduct customer qualification calls with leads generated through our ads, using the provided script.
5. Reach out to potential customers on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn through cold messaging, utilizing a provided qualification script.
6. Schedule follow-up calls for qualified leads to present our coaching programs.
7. Help manage the company's ---------- channel by providing updates and relevant information.

Requirements:

-Strong organizational and time management skills.
-Proficiency in Canva for minor template adjustments.
-Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and their posting/scheduling features.
-Basic video editing skills using Filmora or similar software.
-Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-Ability to follow scripts and guidelines effectively.
-Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
-Prior experience in sales or customer service roles is a ---------- nding a Voice message will be considered as a plus.
