*JOB DESCRIPTION:
We're seeking a skilled video editor to create an interactive social media ads for our online fitness program. You'll join a team of 2, transforming unique ideas into clear and engaging video ads.

High-quality standards are expected, and professional filmmaking experience is a bonus. With ads often lasting between 30 to 90 seconds, organization and focus are crucial to create highly engaging content.

* Your Tasks

**  Rough Cut
To create a rough cut of the lesson, you select and trim the relevant talking parts and create ads based on them.

** Text Elements
You add chapters, text lists and text slides with Motion Graphic Templates while adding pre-made transitions at the right points.

** Color Grading
You color correct all used footage to have a similar brightness, contrast and saturation. Then you add a consistent color look by using pre-made LUTs.

** Feedback
You implement feedback and improve the video until it is approved.

????  Animations
If you have knowledge in AfterEffects, you will also create 2D animations to simplify specific aspects.

**  3+ Years Work Experience
You know how to structure and execute complex editing projects, and you know what it is like to collaborate with other people who give you feedback.

** Expert in Premiere Pro
You are a complete pro when it comes to editing in Adobe Premiere Pro. You know about all the little tricks and you have no limitations when it comes to visualizing an idea.

** Organized Editing
You will be provided with a clear folder structure, an editing template, and specific rules. You know that organization is top-priority for complex editing projects, and you always stay structured throughout the edit.

** Remote Workflow
You are accustomed to a remote editing workflow, have a good internet connection, and know how to manage large files via cloud services like Google drive.

Soft Skills

**  Attention To Detail
You have very high quality standards and pay close attention to every frame of the edit. When being provided with feedback, you implement changes with accuracy and you don’t make the same mistake twice.

**  Good Audiovisual Taste
You naturally know what looks and sounds good and what doesn’t. You know how to find the right stock clips, create a flawless visual flow between multiple clips, and have a good feeling for rhythm, color grading and sound design.

** Ability To Focus
You have a structured routine that allows you to perform at your maximum level. When working, you turn off your phone and eliminate any distractions. You know the importance of being in a flow state and do everything in your power to stay focused on the task at hand.
