Executive Technical Assistant

Working Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Rate: $8/hr

Job Type: Temporary (2 weeks), with the possibility of part-time or full-time

We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Executive Technical Assistant to join our team. This role is a blend of executive assistance and technical support, and is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with various digital tools and platforms.

Responsibilities:

Assist in setting up and managing various software platforms and tools.
Collaborate with our RPA specialist to download and manage data from various online platforms.
Assist in setting up and optimizing our digital advertising efforts.
Work with our RPA specialist to regularly download and update our CRM ---------- t up and manage data platforms to replace our current systems and provide specific data to our team.
Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Strong technical skills and the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
Experience with Twilio, GoHighLevel, Revealbot, and CRM systems is a plus.
Experience with data scraping and working with RPA is a ---------- tail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work ---------- fortable with creating and sharing video updates using tools like Loom.
