Virtual Assistant Needed for Social Media Growth

We're Sex & Coffee, a unique brand that's all about combining the love of great coffee with the intrigue of aphrodisiac sugar cubes. We're currently seeking a Virtual Assistant with a knack for social media growth strategies to help us expand our online presence.

Responsibilities:

1. Implementing new Instagram growth strategies: We're looking for someone who can help us grow our follower base using innovative methods that go beyond the traditional follow/unfollow strategy.

2. Story Viewing & Interacting: You'll be responsible for interacting with other people's stories to increase our visibility. This includes liking their stories and engaging with their content.

3. Identifying Source Accounts: We need someone who can identify similar accounts to ours (Source accounts) that have the followers we want to attract. You'll then engage with these followers to draw them to our account.

4. Creating and Managing Fan Pages: As part of the 'mother-child' strategy, you'll create fan pages for our account, grow these pages, and then drive that traffic to our main account.

5. Engaging with a high volume of stories daily: You'll be expected to engage with 1000+ stories a day to maximize our reach and follower growth.

6. Monitoring and Reporting: You'll monitor the growth of our accounts and provide regular reports on progress and insights.

Requirements:

1. Experience with Instagram growth strategies
2. Excellent attention to detail
3. Strong communication skills
4. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
5. Knowledge of the coffee industry is a plus

Salary starts at $3.5/hr with the potential for growth depending on performance and tenure. This is not just a one-off job, we plan to hire someone who we can develop long-term.
