Full-time Writer (Remote, full-time work)

We are seeking a skilled writer to join our US-based, digital ---------- this contractor role, you will be responsible for supporting the content creation needs of the business. The ideal candidate will possess extensive, prior long- and short-form writing experience.

- Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, Journalism, Mass Communication, or another relevant field

Primary Job Responsibilities:

- Meet daily content creation goals and deadlines (1,000 - 2,000 words/day including research time)
- Manage complex writing assignments requiring the use of independent judgment and initiative
- Create and publish articles, blog posts, newsletters, website pages, campaign content
- Perform extensive subject matter/topic research
- Act as project coordinator for internal deliverables
- Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information

Experience Requirements:

- Proven experience as a copywriter, demonstrating the ability to successfully manage short-term writing project responsibilities of varying complexity
- Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong attention to detail

Technical Requirements:

- Primary computer: min 2 GHz processor with 4GB RAM or more
- Primary AND backup internet service with speeds of at least 25 Mbps (wired)
- Backup power supply

Work schedule: Remote work, 8:30am - 5:30pm EST (US, New York time), Monday - Friday

Salary is based on experience and knowledge.
