We are seeking a professional, highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Business Outreach to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by generating high-quality leads for our Google My Business optimization services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Proactively conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation through cold calling.
2. Utilize our dialer system to engage with potential clients, showcasing our service offerings with precision and confidence.
3. Schedule discovery calls for potential clients with the primary goal of advancing them to strategy calls.
4. Understand and communicate our service offerings effectively, translating complex technical aspects into understandable benefits for our potential clients.
5. Regularly maintain and update our CRM database with accurate client and prospect information.
Qualifications:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Clarity and articulation are essential, as you will be the first point of contact with potential clients.
2. Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
3. Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.
4. A proven track record of strong client relationships.
5. Strong listening and presentation skills.
6. Ability to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client.
7. Knowledge of Google My Business optimization or similar digital marketing services is a plus.
