Double Thought Show is a YouTube channel that discusses legal cases and business-related topics with a special mix of comedy, education, entertainment, and insightful analysis. We value reason, objectivity, and independent thought, fostering a space for critical thinking and exploring complex issues.

JOB OVERVIEW:
We are on the hunt for a Creative Assistant who can assist us in growing our YouTube channel. Your main responsibilities will include creating and scheduling YouTube shorts and clips from our long format shows, designing thumbnails for episodes, and writing compelling video descriptions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cut and edit live shows into short clips and shorts suitable for YouTube.
- Design and create engaging thumbnails for each episode.
- Schedule videos for release on our YouTube channel.
- Write compelling video descriptions, utilizing SEO best practices to drive video discovery.
- Collaborate with our team to come up with creative ideas to increase audience engagement and channel growth.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics, using insights to optimize future content.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient in video editing software
- Strong graphic design skills, particularly for creating engaging thumbnails for YouTube and social media platforms.
- Experience with YouTube's scheduling and uploading system.
- Excellent written communication skills for crafting video descriptions.
- Understanding of SEO best practices, particularly as they apply to YouTube content.
- Ability to work independently and meet regular deadlines.
- A creative mind and an understanding of our channel's tone and content.
- Familiarity with legal cases and business-related topics is a plus.
