We are currently seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. As a Customer Support Specialist with expertise in e-commerce dropshipping, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to our customers, with a specific focus on managing Klarna and PayPal disputes and inquiries.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and friendly assistance via various communication channels, including
Handle customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries regarding orders, shipping, product information, and general inquiries.
Effectively navigate and resolve disputes raised through Klarna and PayPal platforms, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution.
Collaborate with the operations and fulfillment team to address any order-related issues and provide accurate updates to customers.
Provide guidance and support to customers on using Klarna and PayPal payment methods, resolving transaction issues, and initiating refunds or returns.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions using our CRM system.
Identify trends and patterns in customer inquiries and disputes, and communicate them to relevant teams for process improvement.
Continuously enhance product knowledge to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer support process and contribute to its ongoing development.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer support roles with a focus on e-commerce dropshipping.
Strong understanding of the e-commerce dropshipping business model, including order processing, shipping, and customer support.
Expertise in managing Klarna and PayPal disputes, resolving payment-related issues, and initiating refunds or returns.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in navigating CRM systems and customer support platforms.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple customer inquiries and resolving disputes within established timelines.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to track and document customer interactions accurately.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve customer concerns.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and payment gateways commonly used in dropshipping.
