Content Writer for Real Estate Blog

A real estate investing blog is searching for a talented content writer who can:

1) Research content and create in-depth articles
2) For less in-depth articles, someone we can train into a technical AIO writer – someone who uses AI as their baseline to write the content (we will provide you with the training and the tool), and optimizes that content output for best results with both search engines and humans, following a specific framework to personalize and enhance the AI content.

You must have impeccable writing skills, show up for deadlines consistently, and know how to structure long-form, well-read content by editing AI output. We will give you access to our AI writer. Some articles will require additional research and may be using other tools.

This role is part-time, 4 hours daily, Monday -Friday.
