We are looking for an Order processor with experience as a Amazon Virtual Assistant. This position is mostly order processing, but there will be time where we will need you to call on your Amazon experience to help solve issues with our seller account, our product listings, reimbursements, and other things of that nature.
Since you will be working with 2 of our Amazon accounts, we will ask that you use a VPN to access our stores.
The hours are Monday - Friday from 7:30 am - 4:00 pm PST. We are located in Los Angeles, CA so that is the time zone we are working from.
Daily tasks include:
Order processing 4 store fronts
Sending those orders to the warehouse for fulfillment
Doing a unit count of the orders and
Answering customer service messages (you will not need to speak to customers, but you will have to respond to them via the Amazon messaging portal)
Weekly tasks for Amazon include:
Amazon review requests on previous orders, Account health/review summary, Open cases (inactive listings, suppressed searches, stranded inventory, removal of bad feedback, etc), Update product listings, Merge ASINs, Update images, Create listing variations, FBA reimbursements, Product condition complaints ,
Qualities necessary for success: Self motivated, Dependable , Problem solver Good communication, Attention to detail Good follow-through, Organized, Use of a VPN, Good internet connection.
The Ecommerce Order Processor roll is a HIGH VOLUME position responsible for accurately reviewing, processing, and adjusting customer online orders as well as building customer resolution orders that need to be reprocessed and printed.
