JOB OVERVIEW

Hello! Welcome to our company! My name is Michael, the owner of GrubTerra we are a social impact company that focuses on reducing food waste. We do this by raising black soldier fly larvae that eat food waste. We then sell the black soldier fly larvae to chicken farmers across the United States.

You are being hired for a website design and development job. This will be temporary or "gig" work. With the opportunity for more work in the future. We currently have an outdated ---------- converts well, but it doesn't have all the touches that I want to convert customers to our best ability. Our site is run on shopify.

The job is extensive and begins with the transfer of our current website to shopify 2.0, a more updated version of shopify. After the conversion, we will need a few add-on integrations, such as a subscription checkout page. We will be copying a lot of aspects from a fellow e-commerce site ---------- . They do a great job curating a subscription-based ---------- t only do we need our store transferred over I also would like to add additional pages along with making more minor customized changes that we can use to help our customers convert more efficiently. Please take a look at our website ----------

A little bit about myself: I am a very flexible and easygoing boss. I allow all of my employees (we have six full-time VAs) complete control over their schedules, meaning they can work wherever they want as long as the work gets done. I want to finish this job within one month, and I would like to be your only client during that time so you can give me your full attention. I am willing and happy to pay you well for your time and dedication to my company, as we need a well-tested and worked-on website to allow for the best customer experience. I also am incredibly loyal to good workers. When someone does good work for me, I will make sure they are returned for more work in the future, along with referring you to friends who need similar services.

Regarding expectations. I expect you to give your total effort and energy into this job, along with daily reports on the tasks and things accomplished. If you finish the job sooner than one month, say in 2 weeks, I will still pay you for the entire month based on our agreed hourly salary.

Salary: Your hourly rate will be determined based on your skill set and the current application pool.
You will be paid twice, once at the 15-day mark and once again at the 30-day mark when the project is completed. If we need more time for the project, that can be discussed come day 20. If no work is done within the first five days, I will take that as I should give the job to another applicant.

Please send me the following information if you want to apply for this job.

- Your experience. If you have a resume, send it. If not, send the stores you have built/worked on in the past. If you did not build the entire store, please outline what parts you added or implemented.

- A paragraph about yourself and your availability for this type of work and when you can start this project.

- Take a look at the DR.squatch website I mentioned earlier in this meeting, and tell me what things you cannot do based on their website. What areas of their website do you think you could not implement onto another shopify site?

- Lastly, I hope to interview people next week. Please respond quickly to this job, as I would like to hire someone soon!

- Also, do not apply to this job if you do not have experience.

I am looking forward to meeting you!
Best
Michael Servais
