Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, or other communication methods to prospective clients
- Qualify leads and gather information about potential client's needs and interests
- Schedule appointments for our sales team to follow up with leads
- Use CRM software to track and manage leads and appointments
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals
- Communicate effectively with the sales team and provide regular updates on appointments and lead quality
- Continuously develop and improve your appointment-setting skills and techniques
