Wordpress Developer

Looking to take Figma designs and build a wordpress template that can easily be adjusted on the backend. I also have existing wordpress sites where there are certain designs/templates that I want to migrate to the new one. Looking for a resource who is very experience with wordpress development, frontend and backend.
