Marketing Professional/ads buyer

I need someone to service I client that I have. The ads budget is very small, so I need someone who is willing to work with a smaller starting ads budget and work his or her way up.

At least $20,000 in ad-spend experience required, or the equivalent.

Due to the nature of this position, I need someone who can start immediately, and this application will only be open for a few hours.
