Paid Search Specialist

We're looking for someone with hands on experience in Adwords and Meta ads creation and implementation. We would really like someone with that day-to-day experience managing and optimizing Adwords and Meta (FB and IG) ---------- ta ads experience is crucial.

A few questions for candidates would be:
have you managed the day-to-day ads accounts for Meta and Adwords
what bid strategies have you used and why
what specific optimizations have you done in your ad account - an example would be great of how you started a campaign, KPIs/metrics you were tracking and implementations you made to increase the campaign performance
