JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:

-Address customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone and email.
-Provide timely updates on orders to customers.
-Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing concerns.
-Collaborate with internal teams for smooth order processing.
-Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:

-Proficient in written and spoken English with excellent grammar and vocabulary.
-Strong problem-solving abilities and quick thinking.
-Previous customer service experience, especially in order updates and issue resolution.
-Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.

Requirements:

-Previous experience in customer service or virtual assistant roles in the same industry.
-Familiarity with customer service tools like Nextiva and Gmail is a plus.
