We are teamed up with Movatic, a premium software platform that enables users to rent bikes, scooters, and other assets and allows cities and operators to seamlessly manage their micromobility systems.
Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented RFP (Request for Proposal) Writer to join our team. As an RFP Writer, you will play a vital role in the proposal development process by creating compelling and comprehensive responses to client requests. Your primary responsibility will be to craft high-quality, tailored, and persuasive proposals that effectively communicate our company's strengths, capabilities, and solutions. May be asked to utilize your writing skills for other company materials and resources.

Responsibilities:

1. RFP Analysis: Analyze and evaluate client-provided RFP documents to understand project requirements, scope, and evaluation criteria.

2. Proposal Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, subject matter experts, and technical staff, to gather information and develop winning proposals that align with client needs and objectives.

3. Content Creation: Write clear, concise, and compelling content for proposals, ensuring accuracy, coherence, and compliance with RFP guidelines and formatting requirements.

4. Solution Articulation: Translate complex technical information into easily understandable language, highlighting the unique value proposition, benefits, and differentiators of our company's solutions.

5. Research: Conduct research to gather supporting data, statistics, and case studies that strengthen the proposal's credibility and persuasive power.

6. Project Management: Coordinate and manage the proposal development process, adhering to deadlines, assigning tasks, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.

7. Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit proposal content for grammar, clarity, consistency, and adherence to branding guidelines, ensuring a polished and professional final product.

8. Proposal Repository: Maintain an organized repository of proposal templates, boilerplate content, and reusable materials for efficient proposal development and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

1. Proven Experience: Previous experience in RFP writing or proposal development, preferably within a technology or professional services industry.

2. Exceptional Writing Skills: Strong writing abilities with excellent grammar, punctuation, and vocabulary. Ability to tailor content to specific audiences and create persuasive narratives.

3. Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts and solutions in a clear and concise manner.

4. Research Skills: Proficient in conducting research to gather relevant information and supporting data for proposal development.

5. Project Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple concurrent proposals and meet deadlines.

6. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency in proposal content.

7. Team Collaboration: Effective collaboration and communication skills to work closely with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.

8. Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly grasp new concepts and technologies.

9. Software Proficiency: Familiarity with proposal management software and tools, as well as MS Office/Google suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
