Job Description:

We're currently on the hunt for a high-energy, results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving our business growth efforts through effective and innovative lead generation strategies. This includes list building, cold calling, and nurturing leads to increase our conversion rates.

Responsibilities:

Identify, qualify, and generate leads in defined markets and territories.
Perform extensive research to identify potential clients and build targeted lists for outbound efforts.
Cold call potential clients to introduce our offerings, overcome objections, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Track and manage leads in our CRM, maintaining detailed and accurate notes.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align goals, refine lead scoring methods, and improve processes.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong English Skills
Minimum 2-3 years experience in a lead generation, sales, or similar role.
Proven track record in cold calling, lead generation, and prospecting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with CRM software.
Highly motivated, tenacious, and a self-starter with a drive to succeed.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle objections and demonstrate resilience.
A keen understanding of B2B sales cycles.
