Regulatory Officer

S & L Fine Foods, Inc. is the Philippines’ fast-growing importer & distributor of fine foods from Australia, Europe, Asia, and the USA. We cater to hotels, restaurants, catering, retail, and other food service establishments. We are looking to hire a Compliance & Regulatory Officer as we look to accelerate the growth of our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with all government licensing and accreditation agencies for accurate, complete, and timely submission of requirements for renewal of licenses, permits, certifications, and accreditations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Evaluate, prepare, and submit product registrations and post-approval variations to the Food and Drug Administration and other relevant agencies to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines
Monitors and consistently follows-up status of applications to achieve Market Authorization approval
Handles promotional permit applications to support the implementation and activation of marketing activities
Manages packaging artworks and promotional collaterals by evaluating and processing their development and approval to ensure compliance with guidelines
Conducts coordination and reporting of quality-related product complaints
Coordinates with sales and marketing for product specifications and other ad-hoc tasks.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business,
1-2 years of experience.
Knowledgeable in BFAD guidelines and medical information
Must have good interpersonal skills and able to work well independently
With keen attention to detail
