About the role

Become part of the dynamic team at S&L Fine Foods' Makati City store as a Store Crew. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food products to our customers. What you'll be doing

Prepare a variety of food items such as cold cuts, platters, deli meats according to recipes and company standards

Ensure the proper storage, rotation, and handling of food products to maintain freshness and quality

Provide friendly and attentive customer service, answering questions and assisting customers with their orders

Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including the kitchen, food preparation areas, and customer areas

Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed

Follow all food safety and health regulations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality or food service industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service

Attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes and procedures accurately

Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team

A genuine passion for food and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards

Basic food preparation and safety knowledge
