Looking for a Shopify Product Researcher and Product Page Creator

I'm looking for someone who knows how to research and list products on Shopify. This WILL NOT be simply listing products with the default photos and product description from Aliexpress or ripped from another site, but will involved photo editing, copywriting, and making sure the product page looks good and converts.

The goal is to create high converting product pages. Must be familiar with Shoipfy themes and editing products natively. Must know how to identify winning products, photoshop / edit / create images, write high converting product descriptions, and know how to make product pages look good.
