Salesforce Solution Architect

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible to provide end to end solutions using Salesforce and its products and build off-platform systems, integration, and manage governance for deployment or modification requirements.. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this role, you'll get to...
-design and instruct the solution framework to the Salesforce development team.
-collaborate and create proof of concepts for the client to help them understand the proposed solution and also drive the solution meetings with Customers.
-understand the User Stories and provide accurate work load estimates.
-work in a consultative fashion to improve communication, collaboration, and alignment amongst teams inside and outside of the organization.
-ensure documentation of the steps for testing,
-groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with Salesforce SMEs

REQUIREMENTS:

On day one, we'll expect you to...
-have extensive Salesforce experience: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, including a strong understanding of its features, capabilities, and limitations
-have Salesforce Certifications: eg. relevant certs: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified System Architect
-have experience in Solution design and architecture: Ability to analyze the current Salesforce implementation, gather requirements, and design a comprehensive solution for the Salesforce-to-Salesforce migration. This includes defining data migration strategies, integration requirements, and ensuring scalability and performance
-have data migration expertise: Proficiency in designing and executing data migration strategies from the source Salesforce org to the target Salesforce org, including mapping data fields, transforming data, and ensuring data integrity
-have an integration knowledge: Familiarity with integrating Salesforce with other systems, such as ERP systems, marketing automation platforms, or customer portals. Understanding integration patterns, tools, and best practices is essential
-have technical proficiency: Strong technical background and hands-on experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and declarative development. Knowledge of web technologies, databases, and data modeling concepts is also beneficial
-have a fully functional and up-to-date computer with which to perform duties
-be willing to install next-generation endpoint protection on the computer
-be willing to work in US Pacific time zone (8:00am-5:00pm PST which corresponds to 12:00am -9:00am PH time, if not DST)
-be a current resident of the Philippines and can perform work from there
