Short term customer service - 5 weeks- possibility for long term hire

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant for Customer Service. This work will be done during USA working hours of 10am to 6pm central time 7 days a week.

Top preference will be given to those willing to work all days until conclusion of contract.
Next preference will be given to those willing to work weekends.

During slower times when there are not many phone calls, you will work with data entry work.

Responsibilities include:
Answering Phone Calls
Online customer chat
Data validation
Shopify data entry

Required Qualifications
American Accent
Detail oriented **this is the top qualification**
Proficient in Google Sheets and/or Excel.
Good telephone speaking voice
