Web & Graphics Designer

Mirasee is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Graphics Designer to join their dynamic team. As a Social Media Graphics Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning and engaging graphics for various social media platforms, e-reports, website graphics, newsletter banners, as well as be involved in brand guide creation, logo design, and conversion-friendly website UX/UI ---------- this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of coaching/consulting companies and brands while maintaining the consistent look and feel of Mirasee's visual identity.

Responsibilities:
- Social Media Graphics: Develop creative and compelling social media graphics for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and others.
- E-Report Cover Images: Design visually appealing e-reports and create eye-catching cover pages to enhance their overall appeal.
- Website Graphics: Create website graphics that align with the branding guidelines and objectives of clients.
- Newsletter Banners: Design attractive and engaging newsletter banners to increase readership and click-through rates.
- Brand Guide Creation: Work closely with clients to understand their brand identity and guidelines, develop and maintain brand guides to ensure consistent application across various design projects, and incorporate brand elements effectively into all design deliverables.
- Logo Design: Create unique, visually appealing, and memorable logos that align with client requirements and brand positioning, and deliver logo files in appropriate formats and resolutions for various platforms and applications.
- Conversion-Friendly Website UX/UI Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including web developers and marketers, to understand project goals and target audience, then design intuitive and user-friendly website interfaces (UI) that enhance user experience (UX), and optimize designs for conversion, ensuring effective placement of call-to-action elements, easy navigation, and seamless user flows.
- Client Interaction: Conduct meetings and calls with clients to gather design requirements, discuss project progress, and present design ---------- municate effectively via email and Slack, providing timely updates, clarifications, and addressing client queries or concerns. Build and maintain strong client relationships by being personable, professional, and attentive to their needs.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a graphics designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative skills and expertise.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work within given deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with tea ---------- mbers and clients.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Canva and Figma, and other relevant tools.
- A strong passion for design and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Please note that this is a long term, remote, full-time position of 40 hours per week. You’ll need to be available for at least some North American working hours, including a weekly tea ---------- eting on Wednesdays at 2:30pm Eastern. But other than the meetings and general availability to correspond with tea ---------- mbers, you can work flexible hours.

The compensation for this position is $1000 USD fixed monthly rate.
