We are looking for a Podcast Manager to join our team! As a Podcast Manager, you will play a crucial role in the production and promotion of our podcast, enhancing our network and reaching out to potential partners. Your responsibilities will include:

Podcast Production: Taking charge of the podcast production process, ensuring high-quality episodes are created and delivered on time.
Finding and Booking Guests: Actively seeking out and inviting guests to appear on the podcast, aligning with our target audience and content goals.
Follow-up with Guests: Maintaining communication with guests before and after their appearance, ensuring they have the necessary information and support.
Social Media Promotion: Creating engaging social media posts for each episode, increasing visibility and engagement.
Pitching to Other Podcasts: Identifying and connecting with potential partners, podcast hosts, and others who can help expand our ---------- anization and Systemization: Being highly organized and systematic in managing tasks, schedules, and ---------- lf-Starter Mindset: Taking initiative, being proactive, and working independently to drive results.
