Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist - VWO Experience Preferred

We are seeking a skilled Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist to join our team and assist with an exciting project in the e-commerce industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conversion rate optimization, with experience using VWO (Visual Website Optimizer). This is a part-time position, requiring 10-20 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our team to identify areas of improvement in website conversion rates
- Generate innovative ideas for tests and optimizations
- Discuss and confirm ideas with our team
- Implement tests using VWO and make necessary adjustments for optimal performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in conversion rate optimization, preferably in the e-commerce industry
- Proficiency in using VWO or similar A/B testing tools
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with the team
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to identify opportunities for improvement
- Creativity and ability to come up with new strategies to enhance conversion rates
This position has the potential to contribute significantly to our clients' sales growth, and there may be opportunities to extend the role to benefit other projects or include it as part of our service offerings.
