We are a leading training and education platform for online entrepreneurs, committed to delivering a high level of member satisfaction. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our Customer Service team and ensuring our members receive excellent assistance.
Responsibilities:
Provide a high level of support to our members, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Assist our members via various channels, including our help
Collaborate closely with the Customer Service team to resolve complex customer issues and provide accurate information.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our training and education platform to effectively assist and guide members.

Requirements:
Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of member inquiries.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and industry-related information.
Knowledge of GHL is highly desirable but no essential
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules with work hours on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday from 9 am to 5 pm.
