YouTube Channel Manager

We are a growing network of YouTube channels focusing on different types of niches, mainly in business and finance. We aim to create engaging and high-quality content that provides value to our viewers and creates a sense of community. We're seeking a creative and experienced YouTube Channel Manager to join our team.


The YouTube Channel Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of our YouTube channels. This includes content creation, SEO and channel optimization, community engagement, content strategy and planning, and analyzing performance data.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the YouTube channel, including uploading videos, optimizing metadata, and managing playlists.
Create engaging and relevant content that aligns with our brand and content strategy.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to increase the visibility of our videos.
Engage with our community of viewers and subscribers, including responding to comments and managing the community tab.
Plan our content calendar and schedule video production.
Analyze performance data and prepare regular reports on our channel's performance.
Identify and negotiate collaborations and partnerships with other channels, influencers, or brands.
Manage crisis situations in a professional and constructive manner.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing a YouTube channel or similar digital content platform.
Strong understanding of YouTube SEO and algorithms.
Experience with video editing tools and software.
Strong communication and community management skills.
Ability to analyze performance data and make data-driven decisions.
Experience with collaborations or partnerships is a plus.
