Repair & Maintenance Assistant Needed!

We are a short-term rental property management company in Seattle, Washington, United States. We are looking for a long-term, full-time repair & maintenance assistant.

Responsibilities:
- Create and manage work orders
- Coordinate with owners, guests and vendors for the completion of work orders
- Pay vendors
- Troubleshooting issues with HVAC, appliances, internet, electrical and plumbing issues

Requirements:
- Repair & maintenance troubleshooting experience - Min. of 2 years
- High English proficiency - both written and spoken
- Detail oriented
- Quick learner with proficient computer skills
- Self-starter computer access and good, stable internet connection
- Workdays from Saturday to Wednesday, 10am - 7pm PST, 5 days a week with 1 hour lunch break
