JOB OVERVIEW

Shieldeck is looking for a Customer Support Representative! You will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our eco-friendly insect traps. You will be responsible for promptly and professionally addressing customer inquiries via email and phone, providing exceptional service and resolving any issues that may arise.

Employment Type: Part-time (around 2 hours per day) with full-time availability.

Working Hours: 9am to 5pm EST.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, addressing questions, concerns, and product-related issues.
2. Provide knowledgeable assistance and recommendations to customers based on their specific needs.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.

Requirements:

1. Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related role.
3. Problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Empathetic and patient approach to customer service.
