Marketing Coordinator

We are a small real estate firm in Carlsbad, California and we are looking to add some talent to help with our marketing projects. Some sample things we need help with: creating landing pages on instapage and/or godaddy. Edit videos. Graphic design in both Canva and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, edit photos, create business cards, presentation materials, create mailers, magazine ads, newsletters for Mailchimp, blog writing and editing. The ideal candidate is a self starter with previous experience and education in marketing and design work. We need part time for now but this may develop into a full time position.
