Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative/Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our company's reputation. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, providing product information, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Requirements:
Experience in logistics and cleaning services is a plus but not required
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Patience and empathy when dealing with customers
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in using customer service software, email platforms, and other relevant tools
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
