Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects from start to finish. Your primary role will involve sending reports, providing quotes, ensuring timely completion of projects, handling bidding and tender processes, managing the construction company, and supervising assistants.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send reports on project progress, including updates on timelines, budgets, and potential issues.
- Provide accurate and competitive quotes for construction projects, considering all relevant factors.
- Ensure that all projects are completed within the specified timeframes, budgets, and quality standards.
- Manage the bidding process by evaluating proposals, conducting negotiations, and selecting subcontractors and suppliers.
- Prepare and submit tenders for construction projects, adhering to all requirements and deadlines.
- Oversee the overall operations of the construction company, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management.
- Supervise and mentor assistants, providing guidance and support throughout projects.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role, with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of the construction industry, including best practices, regulations, and safety standards.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and tea ---------- mbers.
- Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
